Recruitment
Informal recruitment starts in the fall semester. Informal recruitment involves three non-mandatory events, usually themed as tailgate, Halloween, and holiday. Our formal recruitment takes place during the spring semester. It starts the first week of classes and continues throughout the next few weeks of the semester. Recruitment consists of Sisterhood Night, Service Night, and Professional Lunch. More information is emailed to you after these three non-mandatory (but highly recommended) events take place.

About Recruitment
Please arrive to each event 15 minutes early so we can make you a name tag and escort you to your table!
There is no fee for attending our recruitment events and the sign-up form is non-binding. However, we strongly encourage you to fill it out even if you are still determining whether or not you would like to attend our events. Thank you for your interest in the Rho Chapter of Alpha Omega Epsilon and we are so excited to meet you!
